As your store’s base pay goes up, so does starting pay for team leads. This may wipe out their current merit raises if they don’t make over what the starting pay is being raised to, but they’ll continue making at least $4 over TM base pay.
When cashiers went to 12, TLs went to 16. My HRBP told me he believes it will stay a 4 dollar difference since that’s what they set when they restructured the pay scales. So when TMs go to 15, TLs will most likely start at 19
