I accidentally clicked No on meal compliance when clocking out today. Today is my first time ever clocking out on the tablet as today is my first day. I let my ETL know about it and she said HR would talk to me next week about it where I need to get it fixed. My ETL did say that it happens a lot even with team members who have been around for awhile. I'm kind of scared as obviously I'm still on my 90 days.

You'll show up on a report, HR will talk to you, you explain it was an accident, they'll fix it.

Don't sweat it. It happens more than you'd think.

Main thing to be concerned about is clocking out on time before compliance, and if there's a question of whether you clocked out on time, AP will verify with cameras for the timestamp.

This must be a new thing after I left. Can someone explain this to me?
When clocking out it asks if you if you had all your meal and rest breaks. Next it shows you your time card for the day and you verify if it is correct. Most peeps when clocking out after 8 hours are tired and just want to go home so, not paying attention when clocking out. It’s easy to to accidentally hit no when asked if you had lunch or rest breaks.
