i was told I was keyed in as a team leader as of Monday, but I still don't have access to mytime or email & it's already been 5 days. How long does it take for everything to be changed in the system? Thanks 🙂

That's odd. Any hr member will tell you that dealing with the dumb rocks at corporate (HROC) is a pain.

Your HR should email them to see why they haven't switched over yet.

When we promoted our GSA to TL he obviously already had an email but got access to my time the very next day. So I don't see your hold up.

We recently submitted a retirement form for a TM and they told us how a TM with a totally different number was ineligible for retirement. It's like they don't read the initial request.

Email and my time if I remember I got within days....max one week. SAP on the other hand took like 5 months -_- I also lost access to mysupport

My question was why were 2 hr TMs in on a Saturday I guess to clean out their purses.
Oh and eat lunch they did absolutely nothing.

I got email and mytime access the net day after I was keyed in along with sap and all the things that would be needed.

That is very strange. Can another leader look at mytime to see if you have TL next to your name on the schedule? Maybe who ever keyed you in messed up?

If I am not wrong there are 2 ways to change position. One is by changing the position through JAS the other one is a universal change request. If done through JAS should be faster and it should only take a couple of clicks and a couple of days. The other way is a little longer and requires HR to type things up in a form. The form could take longer to be approved because all it takes is one typo or one person at HROC not reading the form right.
Check again on Monday a make sure that HR tells you the date of when the change was supposed to be effective on.

I think you hit the nail on the head. Just remembered the key date on UCR forms has to be on a sunday. So rather than keying it for the past Sunday maybe they did it for the one ahead accidently.

Funny thing, I went to mysupport something & lost access to it as well LOL!! Were u able to get it back?

Hey everyone! So they did a universal change, but they keyed it in to take effect as of the 26th (TODAY). My job tittle changed over to sales floor TL, and I have access to email. Still no access to mytime yet (assuming that should take few days?) and lost access to my support lol

Know this is old thread but looking for help.... since you weren't keyed as TL until later on were you still being paid regular TM pay or did they do like retro, back pay? Assuming they had you on paper as starting or hired as TL a certain date, example 6-2-2018, so how would that work as far as pay if in the system it's still saying you were a TM on such date? Sorry 😔Hope makes since to someone.

There was one particular guy at HROC who was super unhelpful. He always told me oh the information you are looking for is on workbench somewhere, just look on workbench. Sometimes when we submitted job code change requests, the team member would populate on a totally different work center. Sometimes submitted requests were ignored .. .

Usually you get back pay once the issue is fixed.
