So I came in for my shift and I learned that one of my coworkers left Spot 🎯 for greener pastures. I was happy 😊 for them. I did happen to Scan my team and A lot of us are coming to our Wits End. This is the first Target 🎯 I worked at where the majority of the Team Had 2nd jobs (Including myself). I think that’s why so many are just called it quits. I hope Leadership is taking notice. In my opinion, the Leadership would be better if Set Expectations and Timelines were set BEFORE the Shift starts. To give a Timeline when the Shift is about to be over in my opinion is a way for employees to lose respect 🫡 for Leadership. Please, comments, feedback.
