Annual Bonus

any rumors being said about an annual bonus… my dc usually gives them out at the end of march

hmm havent heard anything. i thought they were more just special occasions.

seems with inflation so high we expect raises every 6 months lol

They already have the expectation of weak sales so I would expect a 2% “bonus” for hourly workers rather than a raise. I expect vey senior executives will get a bonus for cutting costs(wages) again but everyone else will be losing ground against inflation.

Our DC is not getting bonus due to team members receiving a wage increase last February

I’m receiving a bonus beginning of April! I was only told that it is because I just topped out on my pay. My 5 years is coming up. So I can only assume that maybe only the TM’s that are at max pay get the bonus, not sure. I was just told yesterday

Yeah, they rolled out the bonuses 2 or 3 years ago. Have to be at the top of the progression scale and not have received a base pay increase from a wage survey the previous year to be eligible. I got one the first year they rolled out, but I have changed roles a few times since then so I won't be capped out for a few more years.

Checks out they just gave a lot of annual reviews for maxed out step progression team members. Bonuses hit early April.

Maybe cause I think it originated at Rialto but not positive, if you haven’t received anything in the mail by now you might not of been included in the class action suit
