Spot needs to get payroll to cover front end. It is no fun, when the only hardlines tm & softlines tm go for backup. Leaving electronics tm to run floor & gsa to be operator/front lanes. It happened recently at my store. Very sad event.

At my store, they have electronics be operator when fitting room is indisposed instead of GSA. Since we can't put calls on 2280 with our phone and don't always carry Zebras, it's just lovely.

Best part is, nobody ever walkies us to tell us we've become operator.
