Archived Becoming a “Captain” - Pay Bump or Not?

Wasn't there a captain role for mydevices and keeping people up to date with the new features. Not only was that laughable but they gave that job to the the Starbucks/Cafe TL at the time.

ASANTS... I negotiated a dollar raise for a captain title a couple years back... it's long been wiped out by the base pay bumps though
