Pricing and Presentation BTS Planning

Is anyone missing a bunch of notebook shippers? And by a bunch I mean 3 aisles worth. what a pain... I hope it's just coming in late and not completely missing.
 
We've been slowly setting for a few days now. Most of the carry-forward stuff has been shifted and we have all the backpack aisles and the lunchbox stuff set. The style flat is still full, so that'll have to wait till it sells down. Since most went clearance, that shouldn't take too long. We're opting to set our market-side wall with lunch and vendor product, since we don't have enough carry-forward product to support setting it.

The 250 hours that are planned for the July set; I'd say we've probably set 100 hours worth of stuff already. Built most of the shippers yesterday as well (palletized until we can set those aisles). Should be truck-to-floor push.

All-in-all: feeling confident the seasonal set will go quicker than expected. BTC next week will likely be more challenging since we haven't done any ahead setting. HA!

You supposed to set area in receiving for bulk pallets such as sofa, hangers, microwave and stuff mainly for btc that will set next week. Also it is said that when pulling from vase packs and only asks 1 one is to pull one and not the whole case pack . Instead the case pack remains on the pallet open
 
Yeah. We didn't do any of that. 😑

We're nearly done with BTS. Finally getting the style flat gondolas built today. Should have shippers ready tonight. Things are moving along pretty well considering all the random hiccups.

The team is on point these days. Very happy with everyone's efforts and output too. It's nice to see good hard working people that give a damn.

Didn’t realize the front BINS were NOT all cardboard like in years past !
Quick build a gondola so we can put the cardboard pieces on it !
And we THOUGHT we were done !
why does something always have to go wrong ??
