Our previous STL I think had been with the store when it first opened, not sure how long that was. But I could be wrong also. So 2 stls in under 3 years. But our ETL's and TL's holy crap. Our softlines department has had 12+ TL in under 3 years. It's probably why softlines has never ever looked good and its rarely green. No consistency.

Our TLs actually stay pretty consistent. The only time they leave is when their position gets cut.
