Can I be rehired at a different location after being let go for attendance?

Hey all, haven't posted here since December, its been a great year so far.

I wanted to know this specifically. Back in Nov last year, I got hired as a seasonal GM team member, during that time frame I had multiple call outs that I take accountability for, I was going through some family issues and that took control of my life for a good month, and I got let go via email by the HR Lead early December.

My question, is, the target near me is hiring again (not the one I worked at)

And I was wondering if I'd be able to be rehired if I had attendance issues in the past. I know ASANTS as well haha, so if anyone had any insights and if its even WORTH it to apply right now, or if I should just move on.

I was let go as seasonal and got hired as regular at about this time. But that was a long time ago and your circumstance seems a little different from mine so I don't know.

Theoretically, no. Realistically, the only way to find out is to apply and see what happens. You’re out nothing to try. Good luck!
