Do all guest advocates have target emails (with our names) now? Just noticed one for me in my workday profile.
Well that was my follow up lolBut why would you need it?
Probably the same reason GSAs needed it before. I’m sure there are still going to me key guest advocates that are still treated as GSAs and expected to act as such. Or possibly the opening guest advocate should checking for communication from the S&E TL for any special things or what not.But why would you need it?
Weird. When I was gstl my STL and myself always included the GSAs in the closing emails and sent them any important communication. I also liked them to use it to send me any communication about when they closed.I am one of those but most GSAs (and now those of us coded w numbers) never used email before. Strictly a TL and above thing.
I meant do a manual audit of all hold locations and from now on it should be good. Hopefully. How is the audit done? I thought that function was gone.
Finally got our Empty Packages app today. Feel like they could have done better with the condition choices
Old Empty Package Process | New Empty Package Process |
(at GS POS) 1. Scan 2. Empty Package 3. Location 4. Repeat as needed | 1. Tap on field for DPCI because it doesn't auto-select 2. Scan 3. What exactly describes your vague interpretation of an empty package, mortal? Was the tag ripped off? Was it ripped open? Was it consumed? WELL????? Tell me NOW!!!! 4. Where was it? Checklanes? Which one? Sales floor? Go scan the nearest aisle number. Fitting room? Service Desk? Okay I'll allow it. 5. Press Done. 6. Here's a useless recap of what selections you made for no reason since you can't update it. Click Done. 7. LOL you scanned a package but didn't select the field as in Step 1? I'm the only app where you have to click on the field where text goes? LOL!!!! |
Nobody:No I think the prints in seconds sucks. It always breaks and never works right.
The Consumer Cellular crowd would go nuts.If I could plunk it in electronics I would. I'd have that printer fine tuned to a t. Buuuut... No I am not going to crop all 40 pics of your first grandsons visit for you.
I personally like how someone thought "tag removed" and "loose tag found detached from the item" mean the same thing.

Yeah I know but it like falls out when you close the paper cover every timeLol Paper Jam is just a code name for you put the paper in right but it's not in far enough
As long as they have a valid receipt and you’re sure it’s not return fraud there’s nothing we can do.What do you guys do about the guys that come in and buy 40 Hotweels then return all them. Then they go straight back and buy 40 more. I think they must be resellers.
One time I asked this guy when I was doing his return “did you decide you’re grown out of hot wheels?” 😂😭What do you guys do about the guys that come in and buy 40 Hotweels then return all them. Then they go straight back and buy 40 more. I think they must be resellers.
The most you can do is take a long time and slow them down and annoy them lolThey are so annoying though! I know I can’t do anything but I’m glad I can come here and vent.
