From what I saw on Reddit, there were Apollo issues and the whs drop was 300% to forecast.

I work in a store. Sounds like something bad happened at DCs but I have no idea what. Lol. How does this affect stores? All or just the region? What does a "canceled label" mean?

The warehouse drop (reserve cartons picked to send to ob) was 3x what the forecast was for that day. Meaning, if hq forecasted 100k cartons that day, it was 300k, which would’ve crazy.

Canceled labels=canceled cartons sent to a store because the store didn’t really need it
It was a network-wide issue. I think it was 26 buildings that issues.
Some buildings that ontop of the drop being massively inflated was also only for a handful of stores.
Someone made a mistake and instead of the drop pulling what each store needed for 24 hours, it was pulling what was forecasted for the next 40-100 days.
Probably laid the person off who used to be responsible for this.

Why do labels need to be canceled in the first place?

There are multiple reasons, but in this case it’s because there were too many distributions allocated to 185 stores.
