The warehouse drop (reserve cartons picked to send to ob) was 3x what the forecast was for that day. Meaning, if hq forecasted 100k cartons that day, it was 300k, which would’ve crazy.

It was a network-wide issue. I think it was 26 buildings that issues.
Some buildings that ontop of the drop being massively inflated was also only for a handful of stores.
Someone made a mistake and instead of the drop pulling what each store needed for 24 hours, it was pulling what was forecasted for the next 40-100 days.
Probably laid the person off who used to be responsible for this.
