Archived Can't view schedules at home

Not sure if this is the right place to post this but I have tried to view my schedule at home and it says I missed locked out. When I try to view it on the computer at TSC it works. I tried to call the number but it still doesn't work.

You have to reroute the optical line through MD#5.
