Why should anyone give a shit about what a T cashier earns? They earn every penny of it, it ain't easy.

The back in the early days. I know everyone started out the same, and depending on your WorkCenter and time worked, you would get added differentials.
Low Volume Store Food Ave shifts was scoped to be same base pay. At my High Volume store, you got something like $0.50/hr added.
