Do compost bins go on pallets on the sweep?

Is it one per pallet? That seems inefficient, they're so much smaller than the pallet. Sweeps feedback suggests that Divert compost bins must be on white wood pallets. Can someone elaborate please?

I don't put them on pallets. They are the last that is loaded on the trailer. First thing unloaded. Don't stack them.

I hate that the DC puts them on a pallet that is then stack on top of a pipo pallet.
For one the bins are not secured to the wooden pallet. Second bins are not centered onto the pallet. You have to adjust the forks to get the bins off the pallet because the bins are rectangular. It's really not a big thing it's just frustrating to have to deal with them.
