Archived Do you actually like your job?

I like my job. But as of late there are days when I really don't.
So tired of TMs that do as little as possible and get away with it. Tired of management playing favorites to some of the worst TMs.
There are so many great TMs who work their butts off and don't get any recognition.
It's really disheartening....

Do I like my job... no. Do I like the people I work with... absolutely. Truthfully they are what makes working there the most manageable. I have some people at my store that I can actually call friends (coming from me that says a lot considering I have had "friends" there that have had no issues throwing me under the bus at times).

I like my job, I've been applying to Target for 4 to 5 years and I finally got the opportunity to show my desire to work for them during seasonal opportunity. I was originally Flow, but sales floor gave the permanency 2 weeks ago. I got cross trained in probably 3 or 4 departments in less then 2 or 3 months. Couldn't Be happier. Of course for now. Every place has pros and cons. Still have yet to find the cons.
