What is the difference between "Last Seen" and "Last Event"? I ask because we seem to have devices with users that no longer work at my store, the devices are "seen" daily but the "last event" is months ago. Can someone shed some light on how this would happen?

I've tried for forever to figure out how to differentiate the two and I still can't. I know sometimes people will still be signed in and people just grab them up and start scanning under someone else's name. I wish they could make it where it will really log you out after a amount of time or when you switch devices, it kicks you out of the other. The only thing I can think is "Last Seen" is if it's connected to "tcwireless" and "Last Event" is when it's logged into.

One means they have signed into it recently and the other is that it has been shown some sort of internet activity (I believe is should be on TCWireless). You can check which is which by testing it out on a random device. If its showing up as red on the report and doesn't have any activity for over 10 days I would call CSC (701 from any phone) and report it lost/stolen with the serial number.

Maybe they were stolen? The battery should have died long ago if the last logins were from
TMs who left months ago. If it is still connecting to the Internet, either someone hid it with a charger and forgot about it or someone stole it and is using it for personal use.
