ETL can't make our schedule anymore

My ETL has been banned from making the schedule for our department. We all think our ETL should be fired (even other leads and ETLs). Does this mean the ETL is getting let go soon? All they do is take personal calls on the salesfloor and yell at us on channel 1

Depends on how good your ETL is in with the SD. My last ETL couldn’t write a schedule to save their life, and also spent all day on their phone and/or driving everyone over the edge with their constant chatter on the walkie. This ETL had been with Spot since shortly after the dawn of time, and should have been able to write a schedule, but this deficit was overlooked since the ETL was in good with our SD, and was still there happily screwing things up when the SD left. The ETL still couldn’t write a schedule, but, boy could they screw up a schedule after it was written and submitted, without mentioning the changes to anyone. Hope things work out better for you.
