Previous ETL here. You HAVE to be a part of the unload process. Run pallets or scan the boxes. You have to be hands on at least until 8am. My current ETL and TL wear a tank top during the unload and change into red at 8am. Not exactly brand but it gets hot and humid!!

What do you mean? what does your LOG ETL do all day then?
I was terminated on my first day of EIT, but im still curious.

Show up for one or two trucks a week (we have 3 most the year, are ramping to 1-2 more for BTS stuff) but later than the flow and backroom TLs. Sometimes helps in the wave for GM truck.. If backroom's in a real bad place, might jump in and help. Otherwise I'm not sure? Seems to work mostly mid and closing LOD shifts.

So i pretty much had the most awkward experience that could possibly happen.

I think I'm missing the part where you get terminated.😕 You ended up working a whole day in store you weren't supposed to be at? And that was it? You were done with Target after that?😕😱😵 I want more story.

Yes. I agree. You explained that the LOG ETL was termed. So did you just stop showing up? I know that was a craptastic situation, but did they say you were fired?

Ya wtf? Your ETL log was termed not you. You just needed to go back to district office to get a new assignment.
