Does anyone know can u get family leave pretty fast . For a very ill parent ? I help my mother with my dad and she needs more help very soon .

Yeah, talk to your HR as soon as you can.

HR will refer you to call the Target Benefits Center at 800-828-5850 and talk to the Leave and Disability team. Representatives are available between 9 a.m. and 7 p.m., Central Time, Monday through Friday.

How long have you been with Spot? To take FMLA, you need to have worked at the employer I believe a year and have 1000 hours in. I wanted to take FMLA when I first work at Spot, but only had 9 months in so I couldn't.

Been at spot 3 yrs now and pretty much at least 30 hrs a week .
