Our flow ETL has a daughter on dayside. There's a husband and wife in softlines and instocks. Brothers in flow. Engaged couple in sales floor and market. Sisters in softlines. A brother is an LOD and sister is a GSA. Some are in different work centers, but they work together on occasion. I feel like it doesn't matter unless they were to turn it into a problem, but some stores might not be comfortable with it.

our store has an entire family working together. it is the Father and mother, with a daughter in law, cousins, and the other kids. They all work in different departments but they are all at the same store.

I think it is interesting that the policies of not having family be in direct leadership (IE: TM and a TL) but we all know one of our ETLs has favorites and people she does not.
