GM TL meet and greet interview

I have a scheduled GM TL meet and greet with the district manager. Has anyone had a meet and greet lately? What questions do they ask and how do I prepare for the interview? Any tips are welcome.

Use the words like “data driven” “planning”and “execution” a lot. Good luck!
