Have y'all received your white racks for fitting room unwanteds?
Not for labels.
They are in the shoe department, in all of the main valleys on each 4ft section. They hold the 3x3 fact tags and brand tags. They are larger than label holders.
We got three about three months ago and as of now we are not allowed to use them period. They were take away and how no racks at all at fr
Pretty much the same, unfortunately.😂I can only imagine what the backrooms look like!
I have to spend the first 2 hours helping break out the hanging for the truck and then I'm cut loose to my zone.
With the new unload process, "inbound" TMs are supposed to be breaking out the truck.
Those 2 hours could be spent zoning and working reshop.
Inbound is what they're calling the flow TM's
Ohhhhhhhh..... well we only have one and if we don't help her break out the hanging she is not able to finish the truck. Since there are supposed to be 2 of them doing it at all times, I am the one who gets to help with the hanging part.
My heart goes out to you. Same with our backroom: Shoes is as overcrowded as it is on the floor. As Shoe person, it feels like a loop of stuff that goes nowhere. No joke my onhand count for rainboots coming in are 16 pairs of a size. I'm going crazy. There isn't even room in backstock for all this anymore because autos are so far behind lol.
My sympathy to you both. Shoes is the seventh level of retail Hell...😳My heart goes out to you. Same with our backroom: Shoes is as overcrowded as it is on the floor. As Shoe person, it feels like a loop of stuff that goes nowhere.
I generally love working the shoe department. I just don't love this situation lmao.My sympathy to you both. Shoes is the seventh level of retail Hell...😳
Question to those of you with the 2.0 remodel and the new remodel of the softlines side of the backroom. What if anything are you allowed to store on the shelf above the hanging? I mean in a four foot section where you have hanging bars for clothes... and up on top around the ladder track there's a shelf. We had placed shoes there by dept. So boys shoes above boy's section and girls shoes above girl's section and so forth. The DTL just informed us we can't do that. We have such a TINY backroom that all these particulars are getting downright stupid. Just wondered if anyone else was having the same problem.
