Archived Holiday pay for new hires?

Does anyone know if new hires (not yet at the 90 day mark) make time and a half for holidays? I won’t be into work until the 4th so I thought asking here might help.

Yup, even seasonal TMs. Every TM working on one of Target’s Holidays gets paid Holiday Premium, which is one and a half your normal rate. Not sure about TLs.

I knew TLs got time and half, but isn’t there something with 8 hours of pay if a TL doesn’t work? Or something more than just time and a half? I’m probably really wrong about that lol.

TLs do have paid holidays whether they work or not. Most like to capitalize on this by working as much as they can on holidays, just like a lot of TMs, so they can have that nice fat check.

Holidays dont count towards your hours for the week so I always work on my day off the week of holidays to make as much as a I can 🤑
