-Know your POS inside out (keep up on system updates)
-be adept at fixing problems (be the solution, NOT the problem)
-help out whenever/wherever you can
-be the one people come to with questions & know the answers
-if you can't exude good attitude, fake it to make it
-take initiative to do tasks without being asked (ie: during downtime, quick-zone OneSpot or face checklane endcaps)
