Can you please type in, at least understandable English. I know the people here are trying to be nice by not saying it but your posts are really hard to read.

"were" isn't even a proper answer to the question Hardline's asked.

Have you completed your learning plan for the front end? There's no where to find it, you'd know if you did or not
No one is perfect....I would like to think the reason most of us are on this site...is to vent with people who can relate. I for one understood what he/she meant by saying were instead of where. So, what if they didn't use proper grammar .

The learing plan for cashier is located at.

So what else do I need to do to be promoted.

A few things to start with. Others will chime in, I'm sure:

A can-do attitude (no dwelling on what you can't change)
A willingness to learn new things
A tough hide (even when guests/coworkers are at their meanest)
A wide-open availability
A penchant for thinking outside the box (problem-solving)

Are you looking to be cross-trained or promoted? There's a huge difference.

This week we had a cashier accidentally get in line for cross-training. There was a back up over in Starbucks, and my cashiers weren't busy, so I sent the cashier over who I knew could be a good help. She protested that she didn't know what to do. I told her anyone could rinse dishes and the TL would give her direction. By the end of that wave of guests, she was ringing up orders over there under the direction of the TL. Next thing we know, they got to talking, and the TL asked her if she was interested in learning it, and she's already had her first training shift in food ave.

A willingness to do whatever the TL's or ETL's tell you immediately and without question.
Never saying a bad word about Spot within earshot any member of the crew.
Look for extra work to do if you aren't busy.
Never call out unless you are dying.
Be able to multitask with constant interruptions.

I disagree with you.
In order to learn, you must learn everything about your current job. For ex: learning plan, is it done yet? By completing tasks of your job creates a training meter on you. That way, etl's or tl's see your meter, it can lead to other things. As redeye said, have you learn from the receipt thing? Hopefully, yes by now.

If you want to be promoted, you need to first demonstrate that you're capable of being a team lead. Act for the job you want, not the one you already have- meaning you need to show your leadership capabilities and prove that you can take on more responsibilities to your superiors. Take time to learn your current role from the inside out, find ways to motivate your team, ask to learn different areas, and show that you can go above and beyond what your peers can do. Also, it wouldn't hurt to be on management's good side and get a team lead to mentor you. I agree with the previous statement from Static though, you don't seem cut for the job quite yet. It'll take a bit to get there.

The store manager already likes me same gstl and the lod.

But I have gotten 28 redcards

In what time period?

EDIT: You said 27 6 days ago, that'd be about 1 a week, but you mentioned being in your first 90 days, which is only ~13 weeks, so at least two a week on average, but two redcards per week is certainly nothing extraordinary, it might be green, but not by much. So, no, that's not a reason to make someone a TL.
