I'm very confused by the process. Is it like 12 hrs = 1 day off...or what? And how do I go about putting in the request?

Based on your average hours. Go to ehr, then to my time & request time off. You may get like 4 hours paid time, instead of 8 full hours.

When you get to the request vac pay page, it lets you choose how much to use per specific day. The max you can put per day is 12 hours.

Why they didn't just have a box that says how much vacation to use for that week, I don't know...
