Well seems unfortunately that making that much in Miami or most places in California is the equivelant of 9-10$ elsewhere...

Keep in mind that the next step is Team leader. Whether you're placed in GSTL, Sales floor TL, Starbucks, Instocks, etc. isn't really up to you.

I'm cool with some of those, but nothing that's gonna put me in the store before 7:30

We have a GSA at my store who has been a GSA for at least 5 years. He went for the TL interview two times, and was denied the position both times. However the problem isn't target it's his additude. I have been a GSA for a year, and am on my way to being a TL.
