Lol, my store has had a "WE'RE HIRING" banner up outside since I've been with the company (≈ five years).

We've had some form of a "We're Hiring" sign up since I applied 4 years ago 😂

At my store, unless it the only person scheduled in an area like Starbucks, they are not replacing call offs.

Not replacing, but if someone calls off, they can at least let a TM stay for their scheduled shift.

and that’s not allowed right? I just feel like there are probably a number of TM who would gladly leave early, plus however many hours call outs add up to, they don’t need to sneakily try to take my hours away.
