Do physical gift cards now have to be added to the barcode to go through? The last few times a guest has tried to pay with a gift card and then scanned their barcode, the GC wouldn't take until the guest put it in their Wallet.
Is this an update to the app, a glitch, or has it been that way since the rebrand? I don't recall having issues before.
