Must be a regional thing.Ours is 4/$12
I hate this #wantmypibbI seems like for soda they will send the signs for every region and you have to sort through until you find yours.
I remember having to throw out dozens of flavors of soda we didn't carry (grape-pineapple really?).
True that
1. I don't backstock.
2. Ours comes in the morning, and we start pushing as soon as we break down the pallets.
2b. We usually don't finish the truck because my team is only 2 people, and the truck keeps coming in late so more and more of our work is during guest traffic time. When we're able to at least do produce before opening we're in a much better spot for time.
3. I don't have to help them, but when I became PA and started opening I thought I was supposed to. I learned that I didn't have to, but I find it helps me know what we have in stock without having to check, helped me find things like outdates/cleaning issues more quickly, and it was good for team morale. The two people on my team always say they appreciate I am the only one that ever opens market and helps them. I don't have to backstock or anything so this doesn't cut up into my time too much. If I have other projects I need to do, the team knows that I won't be helping them that day or that I will come over when I can.
4. Our McLane candy comes on Thursday and is worked Thursday afternoons from 12-2:30pm usually. The two people that normally do this are good at it, and I don't have to help them, but as with question 3, I try to help them when I can.
5. I was supposed to be pharmacy trained, but I'm glad I wasn't. Since market is right by pharmacy I know I'd be the only one to respond. Usually when pharmacy calls for backup they wait so long that the line clears before anyone gets there since pretty much all of our pharmacy trained people have left Spot in the last few months.
I'll take some of that! Now that has to bee regional cause ours is 4 for $10.00 lowest price of the year. We had 6 pallets of this in seasonal where back to school was
All brands is the text below it.It had picture coke with Pepsi. Shaking my head...
No cover up labels? Could be worse.Made my first huge Ordering mistake ><
Didn't order Green Grapes, because I didn't realize ALL the labels on our floor were flexed for Red Grapes...
Who has time for those plastic flip labels really.I always use the plastic flip labels on things.
Nobody with that attitude...Who has time for those plastic flip labels really.
we had 14 pallets of a Pfresh truck delivered Tuesday and have 3 pallets of Milk delivered today Wednesday.
Another Pfresh truck probably 12 to 14 pallets coming on Thursday, no time to rest !!!!!!!!
and We only have 5 TMs pushing the Pfresh truck and 1 PA scheduled
So sorry you're right I appoligize I'll find someone or myself to put up the flip labels.Nobody with that attitude...
Part of the cull. Not really taking more than a minute or two for my lv. But if I don't prioritize the things that keep the process going, then it breaks faster.
The week the boys didn't use flip labels I had yogurt where the berries went. I had to prioritize things or I didn't the rest of the day moving merchandise. Some days I wonder if they even look where they put stuff. So sorry you're right I appoligize I'll find someone or myself to put up the flip labels.
