Home store will key# with or without card, if you are known to cashier(usually experienced ones who know everyone). I don't even try it, if I go in the evenings since I am a process TM, closers have never seen me.

Get on your HR people to get you your name badge any why you don't have a discount card? Where do they go for newbies?

You may need to get on the phone with eHR support, cause your profile might not be correct or was never actually set up. The should be able to walk you through getting one ordered.

Just FYI, I actually had to ASK for my discount card. They keep them in HR.

Usually your permanent TM discount card comes attached with your first check. I would go to TSC and ask HR. I'm sure they have it in their file cabinet and just forgot to give it to you.
