Ah. You should ask for a sit down with ETL/TL. Annual review is in April, but you shouldn't wait that long. Also, it would be good to already be working on leadership things when your annual review comes. Also, frankly, I spend more time and energy on reviewing, training, and delegating to those I know are interested in moving up.
