I hate when we get like 84 of the same smut book, like I get it, we will steadily sell through them. But do we HAVE to have the Library of Alexandria in the back? Just send us more before they sell out. 😭

August is the busiest month for book sales-

And it's a huge jump up from July, that's why there's a huge jump in freight.

Anyone's TV wall not working? We restarted ours and now it freezes a few minutes after it starts.

Not sure if its a coincidence with the Crowdstrike outage, but the windows computer that runs it does start up just fine.

both our nintendo endcap TV and TV wall controller died.

I think it does have to do with the crowdstrike tbh but now that it’s monday and the Target techs see the 1000 tickets for a broken TV wall, some update / com should be pushed out soon

Can this company make circle offers not combine with price match already? I have no way of stopping someone from using a circle offer if I scan their wallet to pay..

Apparently they think they pay you enough for YOU to tell the guest "no we don't do that"

Check to see if the item is on circle before doing price match. Tell the guest they cannot get circle discount with price match. Call a leader if they complain. When I used to work service desk I had no problem telling guest this! Leaders generally backed me up.

I actually had no problem telling guest no we can’t do that!! When they became a Karen I called a leader. It’s not too much to do for $15 an hour. It is also part of guest services job.
