From what I remember that would be two leaves. Once the time runs out on your leave and you’ve used any available extensions you have to come back. If you still need time off you need to take a second leave. Someone from HR can tell you for sure, but in the meantime, hope this helps.

Ouch, yes. Above. Are they referring to one each, ie. a TM, a TL and an ETL? I took a med LOA, hand surgery, out for about 3 days then light duty for a short time. HR, ETL and STL, (yes, I know, SD) were all very understanding as I had perfect attendance.
