What are LOD responsibilities?

to run the store, handle guests, & take call offs. you will be told by your sd or mentor.

Keep the store in order. It’s harder in the evening than day, and harder on weekends. Can’t leave if you’re the only LOD.

More reports and paperwork and babysitting than you could ever imagine, plus (if they're good) still doing the work of a TM - pushing, fulfillment if necessary, VM, etc. I keep bugging we need a beauty/SS TL to help.
