LOD returning?

So I have kept reading LOD is returning. Is this based on Region or Group? I have not heard anything about it. I know leaders closing is coming back, however my store is having the leaders do mids instead and the DSD was okay with that.

I have been with Target for a while and remember LOD shifts. If they are really returning, does anyone know if it's just for ETLs or will TLs be included? Would all the old LOD responsibilities be back? My ETLs have taken advantage of TLs and have them do all openings and closings (even on their weekends) just so they don't have to close or do anything.

So I have a friend in another store in my district and they texted me today they were told LOD’s are coming back April 1st. I will ask about it tomorrow.

Hmmm LOD has been back for a while in my region. LODs theoretically never went away just the term. You were always supposed to have someone keyed as E on the leadership schedule that is the leader that opens the building. The creation of the closing TL role sort of lost the need for the term LOD as it only effected the opener.

Not officially no at least for this year. My assumption is next year but that’s 100% a guess.
