Archived LOG TL's - How many flow team members do you get per truck?

A TL once told me that no truck is ever the same - 2300 one night can be a walk in the park one night and cripple you the next....those that tell you "it's just a 53 foot truck" haven't spent enough time...at the end of the day, if I could get a total of 20 team members, I could normally get it done regardless of the truck size....

Is it better to have one team member per aisle pushing after the bowl process, or multiple team members working in wave going from aisle to aisle to knock them out.

With multiple team members working in a wave, you still have one TM per aisle...when they finish, they just go to the next open aisle...hence the wave...so, the answer is yes.
