Archived MIR Help?

Our receiver has been at this store since it opened. She literally will not work one MIR on the sales floor or pull one from the back. She has team leads worrying about MIRs. A stack of MIRs is delivered to the electronics boat every Tuesday for the elec. TM to handle. Our ETL-log says we are following best practices. Is he correct?
He is correct, but good luck on getting that done consistently. I will help pull (backroom/salesfloor) when I can, however I do remind the Salesfloor ETL that it is in the salesfloor core roles. I will also let my LOG know if I had to pull MIR's. I always take care of the QA's myself as they HAVE to be done within a certain time. Giving the excuse of we don't have the hours or ran out of time is unacceptable to me as that is not ever a reason I can give when my work is not completed weekly/daily and I'm just a team of one. lol
