My TL is abusing his power, what can I do?

Proving it is easy. The TL called his gf in early and then turn around and sent others home early. That's not hidden in the schedule for "business needs", that's after the schedule is done and publicized, and therefore extremely easy to see.

Was the OPs hours cut? Doesn't sound like it. If not, the OP doesn't really have standing to complain. And if their hours were cut, the discussion needs to be about the hours, not the TL and his behavior.
