MEGATHREAD myDay app

Me, too.

Yesterday I resorted to pushing the button twice every time, no matter what.
The problem appears to have been resolved - yay! Funny because I was back stocking a few things from the previous truck when my zebra pinged with a notification that some bugs have been fixed. Not sure if it was referring to this particular one, but I noticed that it wasn't happening anymore. Such a little thing can sure make things take longer when it's repeated so many times.

I thought they were supposed to update the POG detail screen last week. As of Friday my last day of the week it still wasn’t updated.

Every time they try to fix something it ends up breaking
Symptomatic of poor QA process, likely driven by management expectations to push features/fixes faster to respond to changing business needs and teams working more "lean".

Not to say companies deserve sympathy but communicating and delevering software is kinda hard in mass

I was responsible for managing a fleet of Android and iOS devices across a retail fleet numbering in the ~5k device range and it was very hard. The realities of how device management, application management, QA, and business needs don't really intersect was very obvious very quickly. We're probably 3 years out from another revolution, similar to how we went from Windows CE to iPod touch devices and how that changed the end user experience. Android is introducing more breaking changes to end user experience and device management providers which will affect how this stuff flows.
