Archived new p.a/new to this site

at my store it seems to be insanely hard to go from PA to TL... I am at the level where they want to Bench me, but they want me to be more of a "leader" and not just do everything myself. In the back of my mind I am wondering who the hell I am supposed to lead, as I am the only person over here.

same here they say I need to learn how to engage and inspire others it was super hard for me to even get to p.a because they said I was too good and now they are looking to hire 3 other tm for the back to backfill just me and another person

PFresh is hell most days, but I've been stuck here for 2 1/2 years now.
I do the best I can and they want more from me.
I feel I am the best PA and do it well and need no supervision.
