Flow has always been responsible for zoning, it's just not feasible so no store ever does it.

I've never heard of this. Half the time, they get their sizes reversed, starting XL to XS. We end up wasting time putting it back in proper order.

Technically, shouldn't they be zoning AS they're stocking? I know asking them to FIFO is a bit much, but zoning shouldn't be....apparently, asking them to put sizes in order from smallest to largest falls in with FIFO, though....seriously, is it really THAT difficult???

Never heard of it. How are we going to get the Magical Payroll that is needed to accomplish this task?

ETA: Nevermind. I can picture it in my head:

LOD: "POG team, Pricing Team, Instocks Team - please head on up and grab some reshop, as soon as your Autofill is complete, and then we'll have a smart huddle and zone all of RTW."

ETA: "Back up cashiers to the lanes, please. Back up to the lanes, please."

This is pretty much what my store is doing now.
