So in last foul penalty days we get 2 different sets of people come & buy target gift card for $500. Then when they pay their credit card won't scan. They type it in. If card declines they lower amount.
Second set same deal except when their card declined they pulled out another one. Looked identical to other, same name

Totally fraudulent. I can almost guarantee if you looked at the name/number that came up on the receipt, it would be different than what was on the card.
