Archived Red phones

Hmm it doesnt work im in hardlines right now for hours and tried it and supposedly they stop working when we got the new phone system installed from what etl ap just told me. That sucks i hate having to always go to electronics or gs to pick up the phone i know our checklanes havent work since last black friday

We've had so many problems with the red service phones since we changed over to the 2280 system. Our cordless (electronics and service desk), checklane and offstage phones work without issues, it's just the red ones on the sales floor. We rarely had problems with the 33 system, but ever since we switched to 2280, it seems like they're down every other week.

We have always been 2280 but we got new wireless phone for FR and TMSC which messed up all the other phones
