Does anyone know how to create a In-store Task on REDwire on the desktop? I can do it on the myDevice & PDA/LPDA but when I go into the "Create Task" option on the desktop, it's blank. I'm not sure if my job code won't allow me to create one or what. I mean like I said I can easily make one on our devices.

On desktop, you need to change status to tl or higher, I think.

Does anyone know when the drop down list of TMs in the in store task list gets updated? I like to check my seniority and I still see people on there that left a while ago. I know one is on loa and is coming back.
