Archived Retaking best team survey

My stores Best Team Survey’s results were horrible and they’re now selecting random team members to retake it.

Has any other store had to do this before?

Yes something like this happened about 3 years ago at my store. My STL and ETL-HR at the time did not select the team members to retake it. It was our Group Director and HR Director who chose the team members.

What may of happened there was not 100% compliance by that store tm's.

That completely negates the annonymous idea. . .thats messed up. . .our scores were horrid this year and rightly so but we havent done this :/
