How is this new system going to work for reshop during 4th quarter.
I suggest throw reshop into the compactor along with the guests who create it.

All the more reason I'm happy this is my last week

we had lines about 5-6 people long today while our VML is just chilling In girls "framing" her mannequins with her fingers and snapping a pic for instagram. We could have 2 extra cashiers with the payroll she uses and everyones work would get done. Instead they are calling all hands on deck instead of dragging her self righteous butt up to cashier.

You don't want sco. Most guests hate them, and your cashier payroll will be decimated. We now never have more than 4 or 5 cashiers at a time in a very high volume store.

We are already running on one cashier at all times.(C/borderline B volume.)When we get a second they have to cover everyone's breaks and when they leave our second cashier is actually the cart attendant. It's total BS. For a while we had 2/3 and we were surprised but then payroll crunches were happening so they eliminated the extra cashiers
