S&E TL to PML

You should . Comes with pay bump and no longer dealing with Etl’s . You have your own work and boss besides the sd. Anything that needs to be done needs a work order for and goes on the priority list . Also Monday to Friday 6-2:30 why not.

I’m already PG45 so any idea what the pay bump would be?

I guess my biggest worry is not having the mechanical knowledge but everything is supposedly well documented on how to do it you can read.

Not sure . It might depend on the district.as well as the area your store is in
But my former Plano Tl went to pml and got a pay bump 5$ was making 35$ and brought it to 40$.
Didn’t know much about pml but got trained and thriving . And it’s correct everything is pretty much on the iPad . And anything harder would require a tech anyway

Around here, TL to PML is considered lateral. It's unusual to get a pay bump. However, it is still highly coveted. Generally considered a much better position for work-life balance, and a generally lower level of BS.
