Oh yeah! I forgot to mention, after processing each chargeback, a label should print from a portable printer at guest service. Make sure each label goes by the UPC label of the item they correspond to. If for some reason the line gets long or you forget, you can always Price Inquiry each item and match the DPCI. The DPCI should print on each label.
Also, a piece of advice that helped me out a lot when I first started was to never let the line of guests stress you out. There are ALWAYS going to be guests in the line, it's your job to give every guest your full attention to do their returns as best as you can within our policies and it's their job to be patient and wait. Also, it's best if you sort any returns as you go, chargeback or not. It's fine if the guest waits ten seconds while you put the label on a CRC chargeback return and put it in the CRC bin than accidentally misplace it.
